Welcome to Haeata Community Campus

Enrolments

Thank you for indicating an interest in enrolling at Haeata Community Campus. All enrolments need to be completed online and we have access onsite at school for whānau to use a device to complete this process with admin support if needed. Once the online enrolment form is completed please expect a max of three days before you are contacted for a hui and to meet your Dean, Puna Ako and Raukura or Kaihautu.

“We would appreciate when we make an enrollment meeting/hui that you attend on time. If not, we may need to reschedule, this will delay the start date for your child/children/tamariki.  We often have other families/Whānau booked in after your appointment.  This is challenging for our administration team and teaching staff if you have secured a time and do not show.”

Complete the online enrolment here

After your enrolment has been received, your child’s Raukura or Kaihautu will process this and make contact with you to arrange a hui/meeting at school.

You must provide the relevant paperwork prior to the meeting: your student’s passport or birth certificate, and if you are an international student, your child’s visa status or residency. If documents were not uploaded to online enrolment.

At the hui/meeting your child will be assigned to a Punk Ako(Form Class) and given a start date.

If your child has additional needs/support requirements that you would like to discuss at the enrolment meeting please inform us.  A follow up meeting may be organised to ensure we meet your child needs when they start with us.
