After your enrolment has been received, your child’s Raukura or Kaihautu will process this and make contact with you to arrange a hui/meeting at school.

Please bring relevant paperwork to the meeting: your student’s passport or birth certificate, and if you are an international student, your child’s visa status or residency. If documents were not uploaded to online enrolment.

If your child has additional needs/support requirements that you would like to discuss at the enrolment meeting please inform us.  A follow up meeting may be organised to ensure we meet your child needs when they start with us.

At the hui/meeting your child will be assigned to a Punk Ako(Form Class) and given a start date.

All students who live within the Haeata Community Campus home zone are entitled to enrol. Proof of residence within the enrolment zone is required.

On completion of the enrolment application whānau will be contacted to arrange an enrolment appointment.
