Makerspace

In Haeata's Makerspace, students have access to pounamu carving, laser cutting, 3D printing, Adobe Illustrator, metal and woodwork, refurbishment of older technologies and many more opportunities. Teachers in this space are experts in their field and are equipped to support students in their projects and support them in correct tikanga practice. Students can either use this space to work on their own inquiries, or attend a kaupapa to learn more. From this space several students have been able to develop their own businesses and business inquiries.
