Q. How do I know if Haeata wifi is available at my address?

    A. If you can see the network: 'How good is my wifi?' then you can click on this to test the network.
 

Q. I already have a device. How do I connect?

    A. Contact our Whānau engagement team.

 

Q. My N4L wifi isn't working?

   A. Come in to Puna Waiora between 2:30-4:30 on a Monday or a Friday to get connected.

 

Q. Is it unfiltered/unlimited wifi?

   A. It is filtered by Network For Learning and has the same access as Haeata.

 

Q. How do I update my payment details?

   A. Email connectedfinance@haeata.school.nz

 

Q. I've moved out of the Haeata wifi zone. Now what?

   A. You can still use your device on other free/accessible wifi networks and use it at Haeata Community Campus.

 

Q. What happens if my username and password doesn't work?

   A. Ask your or your ākonga's kaiako.

Q. How many devices can I log on to the WiFi?

   A. 2 per ākonga, the purpose of this is so ākonga can use a laptop and mobile device.
